Fabric for scrubs
Most scrubs use a poly-cotton blend, typically 65% polyester and 35% cotton, at 180 to 220 GSM. That blend resists wrinkling, dries quickly between shifts, and holds color better through repeated industrial washing than pure cotton.

Scrub brands building a retail line often want a closer, more tailored cut than the traditional boxy scrub, which changes the pattern grading even though the fabric stays the same.
