Terms and Conditions for Business Clients

1. About Asons Impex
Asons Impex is a custom apparel and sportswear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan (Registration: FBR, SCCI, PSW). These terms govern all B2B transactions between Asons Impex and its clients worldwide.
2. Orders and Minimum Order Quantity
The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 20 units per design. Sample orders may be arranged before bulk commitment — contact us at info@asonsimpex.com to discuss. All orders are confirmed only after written agreement and deposit receipt.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) and are factory-direct. Prices vary by product type, fabric selection, customization level, print method, and order quantity. A formal quotation is provided before any order is confirmed. Asons Impex reserves the right to revise prices for material cost changes, but will notify the client before production begins.
4. Payment Terms
Asons Impex does not accept PayPal. All payments are processed via:
- Direct Bank Transfer (TT/Wire) — Company bank account details provided on invoice
- Advance Payment: 30–50% deposit required to begin production
- Balance Payment: Remaining amount due before shipment dispatch
Payment confirmation must be received before production starts or goods are released.
5. Production Timeline
Standard bulk production lead time is 15–20 working days after sample approval and deposit receipt. Timelines may vary during peak seasons. Rush orders may be accommodated — contact us to discuss availability.
6. Sampling
We produce pre-production samples for approval before bulk manufacturing. Sample costs are discussed during the quoting process. Approved samples define the final product specification; changes after approval may affect price and timeline.
7. Shipping and Logistics
Asons Impex supports the following shipping options:
- Air Cargo — DHL, FedEx, UPS (3–7 days)
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) — cost-effective for large volumes (25–45 days)
- Courier — for samples and small parcels
Shipping costs are quoted separately. Asons Impex is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
8. Customs and Import Duties
The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country. Asons Impex provides commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin as required.
9. Quality and Defects
All garments pass in-house quality inspection before shipment. In the event of a manufacturing defect confirmed by both parties, Asons Impex will replace affected items or issue a credit at its discretion. Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos.
10. Intellectual Property
Custom designs, logos, and artwork submitted by the client remain the client’s property. Asons Impex will not reproduce client-specific designs for third parties without written consent.
11. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Cancellation before production start may incur costs for sampling, materials sourced, and administrative work. Deposits are non-refundable after production begins.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will first be attempted through mutual resolution. If unresolved, the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan shall have jurisdiction.
