What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 20 pieces per design per colourway. There is no upper limit. Volume pricing applies to orders above 200, 500, and 1,000 units.
Do you offer sample production?
Yes. We produce pre-production samples within 5-7 working days of receiving your approved tech pack or reference sample. Sample costs are credited against your bulk order.
Which shipping methods do you use?
We ship via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, or sea freight (LCL and FCL). We can work on FOB Sialkot, CIF, or DDU terms depending on your preference.
Can I provide my own design files?
Yes. We accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), CorelDraw (.cdr), and high-resolution PDF files. For sublimation, we require 150 DPI or higher at final print size.
What is the standard lead time?
Standard bulk production lead time is 15-20 working days from the date of sample approval and order confirmation. Rush production is available for an additional fee.
