Fabric and construction

The 140 to 160 GSM micropolyester interlock we use is a common choice for professional club kits. It is light enough that players do not notice the fabric during play, and heavy enough to hold its shape after repeated machine washing. We apply a moisture-wicking finish as standard. It draws sweat away from the skin and keeps the jersey from sticking during high-intensity play.

The stitching uses flat-lock seams on high-movement areas (shoulders, underarms, side seams). This prevents chafing and holds up better than regular chain-stitch seams over the course of a season.

Design and customization

Sublimation printing is the standard method for these jerseys. It bonds dye directly into the polyester fiber, so the colors will not crack or fade the way screen-printed ink can. Any color combination is possible, and there is no extra cost for complex multi-color designs.

What you can customize:

• Team name, player names, and squad numbers (front, back, sleeve)
• Club crest or logo (sublimated or embroidered depending on preference)
• Collar style: V-neck, round neck, polo, or mock-neck
• Short design: side seam panels, waistband style, short length
• Sponsor branding panels (chest, sleeve, back)
• Color of jersey, shorts, and goalkeeper kit (different colorway)

To get started, send us your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF) and a preferred color palette. If you have a reference design or tech pack, that speeds the process considerably. We will send a digital mockup for approval before any fabric is cut.

Ordering process

New clients typically start with a single sample set for fit and print approval. Sample production takes 5 to 7 days. Once the sample is approved, bulk production runs 15 to 25 days depending on quantity and current workload. We will confirm an actual lead time at the time of order, not a best-case estimate.

We ship worldwide from Sialkot. Most orders to Europe, North America, and Australia go by air freight and arrive in 5 to 10 business days. We handle export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
