What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 20 units per design. For sample orders or smaller runs, please contact us directly at info@asonsimpex.com — we handle sample production before any bulk commitment.
How long does bulk production take?
Standard bulk production lead time is 15 to 25 business days after sample approval and deposit payment. Production time may vary based on order size, fabric availability, and complexity of customisation.
Do you provide samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We produce physical samples for approval before any bulk production begins. Sample lead time is typically 7 to 10 business days. Sample costs may apply and are usually deducted from the bulk order value.
What printing and customisation methods do you offer?
We offer sublimation printing, embroidery, heat transfer printing, and screen printing. The best method depends on your fabric type and design. Our team advises on the optimal technique for each order during the enquiry stage.
Can you manufacture private-label clothing with our branding?
Yes. We offer full private-label manufacturing including custom labels, hang tags, branded packaging, and polybag printing. All branding is produced to your specifications.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Current markets include the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and many others. We work with DHL, FedEx, and freight forwarders for both express and bulk shipping.
What fabrics do you use for sportswear?
Our standard fabrics include 100% polyester, polyester-spandex blends, cotton, cotton-polyester blends, fleece, and denim. We can source specific fabric weights (GSM) and compositions based on your requirements.

Do you offer sublimation printing for all-over designs?
Yes. Sublimation printing is available on polyester and polyester-blend fabrics, allowing full all-over designs with no colour restrictions. Sublimation produces fade-resistant, full-colour prints that do not crack or peel.
What is your quality control process?
Quality checks are conducted at three stages: fabric inspection on arrival, in-line inspection during production, and final inspection before shipment. We can share inspection reports on request and accommodate third-party QC inspection if required.
